By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these terms.

- Use Cooture to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

Templates you generate belong to you. Cooture retains rights to its platform, AI models, and underlying technology.
5. Billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer refunds within 7 days of first purchase if you are unsatisfied.

Cooture is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
